T. Dean Malone
 Mr. Malone was born and raised in the Dallas area and ultimately graduated from high school in Spring, Texas. Mr. Malone earned a B.A degree (with a concentration in law and criminal justice) from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he graduated summa cum laude. His honors thesis was entitled Hatton Sumners and the 1937 Court Reorganization Plan. Mr. Malone graduated from Baylor University School of Law with a concentration in general civil litigation. While at Baylor, Mr. Malone served in several staff positions for the Baylor Law Review, including serving as executive editor. Mr. Malone wrote Castano v. American Tobacco Co. and Beyond: The Propriety of Certifying Nationwide Mass-Tort Class Actions Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23 when the Basis of the Suit is a "Novel" Claim or Injury, 49 Baylor L. Rev. 817 (1997). Mr. Malone, a trial lawyer, is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Christian Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association, and National Association of Consumer Advocates. He is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the federal courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.

Michael T. O'Connor
 Mr. O'Connor was born and raised in San Antonio. He earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law with the highest distinction of summa cum laude (ranked 9 out of 205 students in his graduating class). Mr. O'Connor is a member of the Order of the Coif. After law school, Mr. O'Connor was a law clerk to the Honorable Charles Holcomb, Judge, Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Mr. O'Connor is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and National Association of Consumer Advocates. Mr. O'Connor is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas.  Mr. Jones was born in Dallas, and he has lived in several Texas cities and towns. Mr. Jones began working for our firm years ago as a full-time paralegal, while he was also attending law school full-time. He earned his law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law with the distinction of cum laude (ranked 9 out of 145 students in his graduating class). This is an impressive accomplishment standing alone, but it is even more impressive considering his full-time employment while attending law school. While at Texas Wesleyan, Mr. Jones served as Associate Editor for the Texas Wesleyan Law Review. Mr. Jones is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates. He is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas and is admitted to practice in the federal courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.
